What am I up to?

ServiceNow’s platform is an amazing tool that can be used for countless cases. My job is to drive ServiceNow tech adoption within our Marketing organization. A unique blend of product management, solutioning, and marketing.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and needs.

    Build strong relationships with customers globally, collaborating with campaign managers, directors, digital marketers, and creative marketers.

    Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout the marketing campaign technology implementation process.

  • Support customers in implementing marketing campaign technology solutions to meet their business objectives.

    Provide expertise and assistance in configuring, testing, and optimizing marketing campaign tools and platforms.

    Ensure successful deployment and adoption of new products and features, working closely with early adopter champions and first customers.

  • Collaborate with a global team of campaign managers, directors, and other marketing professionals to drive customer engagement and success.

    Coordinate cross-functional efforts with team members located in different regions, ensuring alignment and consistency in customer interactions and support.

    Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.

  • Drive early engagement and adoption of new products and features among customers, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.

    Champion the benefits and value propositions of pre-release products, working to generate excitement and interest among customers.

    Gather feedback and insights from early adopters to inform product development and enhancements, contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing campaign technology solutions.
